I tried to save my home and can't get anywhere with my current mortgage company
If you're here I assume you're having problems with your mortgage company! Maybe they do not see things your way! Maybe your attorney is not helping you! Attorneys are bound by a different set of rules, so do not be upset with them. So here are your two options, if you tried everything else!
Option one! Talk to Paul over the phone. Paul will advise you on who to talk to, how to talk and how to present to your mortgage company why it's in their best interest to work with you! If Paul can refinance you the fee will be applied to an appraisal fee!

Option #2. Paul will personally negotiate a loan modification, loan forebearance, or short pay with the mortgage company. The fee for this is $2500.00. In addition, Paul will find out the value of your home and or send a Realtor out to your home to determine the true market value. And in some cases send an appraiser, for a drive by determination!
