About Paul
Paul Stemborowski was born in Camden, New Jersey in 1956. As a young boy he would shovel snow, sell Christmas cards and set up lemonade stands whenever he could. Paul had two paper routes: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. He was always interested in financial freedom. His family would joke about his desire for a better life filled with enough money to be comfortable. In reality, it was his hard working family that was a big part of Paul's inspiration! Paul registered for college after high school; however, he was too impatient to enroll. He took a job working on cars, plus had his own janitorial business.
Then one day a friend told him about real estate. Paul purchased all the books available at that time and decided to become a real estate salesman. He took the necessary courses and passed the real estate exam in 1977. Paul purchased several homes: some to live in, some to repair and resell, others to subdivide land.
By the 1980s things were not the best for the real estate business. Interest rates were high; homes were not selling. Paul started selling and leasing cars through a franchise for a national concern. Then in 1986 Paul started working in the mortgage business. After one year, he started a financial company. One year later, he started a mortgage company.
After selling both companies, Paul started to focus on people who had financial problems. He started restructuring people's finances and became even more successful in this endeavor that any other business he owned or operated in the past.
